The purchaser hereby acknowledges that hazards are inherent in the sport of skiing and other activities participated in by Double Diamond members and guests, and hereby assumes all risks of injuries or damages incidental to such activities. The Double Diamond Ski Club assumes no responsibility or liability for any accidents or injuries incurred in connection with any club event or activity, nor do the Double Diamond Ski Club officers assume any responsibility or liability for any accidents or injuries incurred in connection with any club event or activity. The Double Diamond Ski Club encourages all of its members to ski in control at all times and to ski responsibly.
Term Acceptance
Payment of any monies for reservations on a trip/tour shall constitute acceptance and consent to all provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation
All Cancellations must be submitted to the Double Diamond Club prior to cut off dates or they will be subject to penalties based on trip percentages.
